Catherine De La Isla
Founder & Yoga Instructor
Catherine worked in a corporate environment for 16 years as a technical project manager in the financial sector. She started her yoga practice in 2009 which has been greatly influenced by Ashtanga and Dharma Yoga. When she saw how much yoga was helping her to center and balance her life, Catherine decided to follow her heart, leave the corporate world and pursue yoga full time.
Catherine believes that every moment is an opportunity to live your yoga practice. Facilitating the teachings has provided a way to share these personally life changing tools. It is with gratitude that she passes the knowledge on to her fellow students. With each teaching and practice, we as students awaken to the power that lies within.

Pam’s yoga asana journey began around 2002. Dabbling in various classes, stretching and breathing for about 10 years until she started to understand yoga as a meditation. Unable to satiate her curiosity by just attending class, she enrolled in teacher training with the intention to deepen her practice. She graduated with the commitment to share this practice with as many people who are willing.
The methodological discipline her teachers instill into her personal practice greatly influences her teaching style. The importance of alignment and syncing breath with body movement is underlined in all her classes.
She intends to be a lifetime student of this practice; always learning, constantly striving to improve herself. Her mission is to inspire her students to realize their full potential; encouraging them to take their newfound confidence and clarity off the mat and into everyday life.

New York City is a great place for seekers. Many healers pass through to share various knowledge. At a cross road in life, Julius began exploring his creativity and inner child that led to the healing practice of sound. Drawn to the drum especially in a dance setting, he came across drum circles in a Manhattan yoga studio. It was his ritual initiation to the sacred use of sound.
Julius studied with Satya Barat from www.iash.us a Himalayan Singing Bowl Master, who travels the world from India to share the practice. Shortly after completing the singing bowl courses, Julius took a Gong teacher training with Master Gong player Don Conreaux, one of Yoga Bajans original students, who has been spreading the Gong knowledge since the 1970's.
Excited with the use of the singing bowls and the gong, Julius knew he had to share the sound healing vibrations. There are many benefits with the exposure to sacred instruments, which enabled him to find calm and have faith that everything harmonizes. While the days and technology are rapidly changing, our consciousness seems to be on a different pace. Creating a sacred space with sound has been a blessing that connects him to other people to shift subtle energies, with the intention of reflecting a better world.
