MIDDLE SCHOOL & HIGH SCHOOL PROGRAMs

Elevation Nation Yoga offers Middle School and High School customized programs. They are offered as one-time after school programs or as a part of a gym program.
Events can include a presentation on history and evolution of yoga and/or physical yoga class.
