CLASS OFFERINGS

Vinyasa

Beginners Progressive Ashtanga Vinyasa
A trimmed-down version of the full Primary Series in Ashtanga Vinyasa Yoga, this is a fast-paced, strength-building, moving meditation class that will push you to your edge and leave you feeling energized and empowered. Extra attention is given to alignment and joint safety, especially while going through each 'vinyasa' (the half series of the Sun Salutations). It is so important to take a bit of time to work on this most common sequence in yoga, as practitioners can do upwards of 30 vinyasas a class in the non-modified version.

​This class will focus on the foundations of breath, bhandas (locks) and the alignment of the beginning poses of the series. This is a wonderful way to ease into a new practice or strengthen an existing practice.
Hatha Vinyasa
Vinyasa means synchronized breath and movement. Set to music practitioners are led through smooth transitions from pose to pose.

Meditation & Breath Work

Practitioners learn techniques to settle distracting thoughts, cultivate mindfulness and focus during the busy work day. Basic meditation postures and pranayama methods are introduced. Harnessing the power of the breath return to your desk refreshed and motivated.

Office Yoga

No need to change out of your clothes or break a sweat. Practitioners can practice some basic movements and stretches creating a moving meditation. Shifting the focus for a moment from the office to the body. This technique helps to settle the mind as the session shifts into a short meditation.

Ultimate Wellbeing

Private sessions can help you ground yourself with confidence, focus and determination in a one on one setting.
